By leveraging the collective bargaining power of our members, we negotiate favorable multi-year electricity contracts with Dominion Energy that individual jurisdictions could not achieve alone. Our mission is to ensure stable, cost-effective energy rates while providing the expert legal and technical representation necessary to navigate Virginia’s complex regulatory landscape.
