Since 2002, the Virginia Energy Purchasing Governmental Association (VEPGA) has served as a vital advocate for over 170 local government entities, school systems, and public authorities across the Commonwealth. By leveraging the collective bargaining power of our members, we negotiate favorable multi-year electricity contracts with Dominion Energy that individual jurisdictions could not achieve alone. Our mission is to ensure stable, cost-effective energy rates while providing the expert legal and technical representation necessary to navigate Virginia’s complex regulatory landscape.
