JAC meetings are video conferences between regional locations. You must attend at one of the following Dominion locations and arrive 15 minutes early to be escorted to the conference room:

- Central Virginia – 2901 Charles City Road, Richmond, VA 23231
- Eastern Virginia – 2700 Cromwell Drive, Norfolk, VA 23509
