The 2021 Virginia Solar Summit is an exciting virtual event with illuminating educational programming and impactful interactive sessions designed to supercharge the solar renaissance emerging in greater Virginia. Co-hosted by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, the Virginia Department of Mines Minerals & Energy, the West Virginia Brownfields Assistance Center and Appalachian Voices,, this cooperative bi-state gathering of solar interests will bring together individuals, communities, landowners, solar industry professionals, utility representatives, economic developers as well as state and federal governmental professionals to focus on the practice and policy enabling greater Virginia’s electric solar power build up. The event is free to attend.
